My practice focuses on Southern California family law matters and California state-wide probate proceedings. I've been licensed to practice law in this state for over 20 years, starting my career in civil litigation and re-focusing to family law and probate approximately 10 years ago.

Prior to becoming an attorney, I was the environmental coordinator for a major oil company. I graduated in 1989 with a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law and hold bachelor's degrees in Biology and Chemistry.

FAMILY LAW

In family law matters, I generally recommend negotiated settlement. In this way, my clients can reach the desired results with a minimum of time, expense and court involvement. When negotiation is not possible or simply fails to achieve the desired result, I am fully prepared to utilize court resources in the best interests of my client.

PROBATE SERVICES

Probate is a highly complex area of the law. My practice in this area started in Southern California. However, as it became clear that many of my clients had probate matters in other California locales. I broadened my practice to include the entire state.

My probate practice is limited to decedent's estates and is a full service practice, handling probate from the initial petition until approval of the final accounting and disbursement of assets.
